DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between the Seller and the Buyer under the terms and conditions set out below.

Buyer:

By placing an order through https://wallupin.com, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement governs the sale and delivery of products offered by the Seller through the website https://wallupin.com, including but not limited to wall art, sculptures, relief artworks, and decorative art pieces.
3. Product Information
The type, title, quantity, price, and payment method of the purchased products are specified in the order summary presented to the Buyer at the time of purchase.
All prices displayed on the website are final prices unless otherwise stated.
4. Payment
The Buyer agrees to complete payment using the available payment methods on the website.
Payments may be processed through secure payment service providers including iyzico or other integrated payment systems.
The Seller reserves the right not to process orders until payment confirmation is received.
5. Delivery
Products purchased through the website will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the Buyer during checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on production time, shipping location, and logistical conditions. Estimated delivery times are stated on the product pages.
The Seller shall not be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or force majeure circumstances.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller via email within the specified period.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products produced specifically according to the Buyer’s request

Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
Returned items must be unused and in resalable condition.
7. Returns and Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected by the Seller, a refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method used by the Buyer.
Shipping costs related to returns may be the responsibility of the Buyer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties.
For international sales, applicable consumer protection laws and the legal jurisdiction of the Seller’s registered country may apply.
9. Acceptance
By completing a purchase through the website, the Buyer confirms that they have read and accepted the terms of this Distance Sales Agreement.
This Agreement becomes effective electronically at the time the order is placed.
